Hearers of the Constant Hum was published November 1st, 2014 by the outstanding indie horror label Grindhouse Press. The cover of the first edition was designed by the incomparable, multi-talented artist Matthew Revert.
Just for kicks, I’m also sharing with you the original cover mock-up that I designed myself, just to show you how vastly different and more appealing a cover can be if you hire the right professional. Revert is a legend in the design world, and the cover of this first edition is nothing short of breathtaking. It’s really a shame this version is no longer in print.
That isn’t to say acquiring this specific edition is impossible, as there are plenty of used copies floating around. There’s even a copy for sale right now on Amazon for the more than reasonable price of $775!
